[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like it! Super easy to use and set up initially. Water tastes great, tastes clean. Doesn’t take up too much space either which is a win

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am glad that I invested in an Aqua Tru Carafe system as I can really tell the difference between the Brita pitcher I had been using and the Aqua Tru!!

I’ve had the Aqua True
on June 1, 2026

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had the Aqua True Carafe system for about a month now. Water taste without mineralization is acceptable. I’ve already had to demineralize the unit which takes time and water. To prevent this from happening so quickly I will try to make sure the waste water is emptied promptly after filtering. I’m leaving the canister empty most of the time. I’ve had some trouble getting the plastic water canister to ‘lock’ in place when full of water, finding I have to push down more than is intuitive. Overall, it’s good. I hope it lasts.

Great product for a great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product for a great price. However, it is very annoying to clean the tank when mineral build up on the bottom. The shape of the water tank, and nooks and crannies make it very difficult to clean by hand.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love how fast this water filter fills the pitcher compared to my old water filter. I can't taste anything, just clean purified water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I would love to write a review, but my unit is not working. It does not complete one cycle out of four for cleaning to begin using.
