I can't believe I waited this long!

I've been considering this Aquatru Carafe for a while. Now that I have it, I can't believe I waited so long to purchase it! The water tastes great and the filtration system is doing it's job. I am very happy with it! I would recommend purchasing 2 carafes or you will run out of filtered water quickly.

Great at water purifying. So far I've had it for a month, I just wish the design on the water tank was more solid: it is difficult to remove and when you put it back it doesn't always align properly with the back (the part where the filters are) so the lid doesn't sit properly either. It seems like a small design flaw on an otherwise well done product.

We have used Aqua Tru Carafe Reverse Osmosis Purification System for 3 weeks since new. Water Purification System is Performing Very Well. Cleanest Tasting water used for Drinking,Coffee Machine and Tea. Efficient and Easy to Use. Thank You AquaTru

Purched th Aquartrue carafe in November2024. By October 2025, the unit was not filtering properly (so slow the unit would stop filtering). I had changed all the filters as needed and also descaled the unit using Aquatrue's descaling kit. This did nothing to improve filtering. I called Aquatrue because I had 1 month left on my warranty so they gladly sent me a 2nd unit unit and told me it wasn't warranted. Set up the new unit 10-28-25, descaled 2-11-26, replaced precarbon filter 4-27-26, replaced VOC filter 5-21-26. descaled 6-1-26, replaced precarbon filter 8-3-26, and it still sop filtering water when 1/2 of the carafe is full. I've purchased 2 extra carafes, filters, and the descaling kit which is really adding up to alot of money invested in this product that I feel has a cheaply made pump inside the unit. The first unit lasted 11 months, the 2nd unit less than 9 months. Save your money.

Awesome - I love it! It's easy to use and it was easy to set up and I love the taste of my water and I love feeling like I'm doing a good thing for myself. This replaced a picture I used to always have to fill up but the fact that this has a glass pitcher in it really makes it easy to drink a lot of water.
