I absolutely love this product! The water is so delicious. I cannot even describe it! We are waiting to remodel our kitchen to get an under the counter RO but in the meantime, I got this and it is working out perfectly! Our son is renting a place that is older and the water may be questionable, so we bought him one of these too and it’s the best thing ever !

I am on my second Product, and facing the same problem. There are some issus when placing the tank; you have to push hard to make it fit. Otherwise, the lid over the tank doesn’t fit and overtime It is getting worse and worse. I purchased this unit because supposedly it was one of the best to purify the water, but the quality of the product is obviously very bad since there is some issues with fitting the water tank

I love my aquatru!! It has worked perfectly with no malfunctions and we still haven’t gotten the alert to change the filter after a few months so those last for a good amount of time. It’s great being able to drink water with peace of mind! I would say the size is good for 1-2 people, but should definitely get a larger size if there are more people in the home otherwise you’ll be refilling constantly. This size was perfect for my small NYC apt

I personally don't care for this unit. The glass carafe has to be washed with soap just about everyday. It gets an algae on it which affects the taste somewhat. The back tank when full doesn't fill the carafe full. You have to empty
It and fill it again to complete the filling of the carafe. A lot of maintenance to this machine.
I prefer the berkey, much easier to maintain.

Water tastes good. But very hard to clean. Even though washing the reservoir with soap and water every week, alege grows on the plastic mechanisms inside and what monitors water levels and due to these being incased in plastic, cannot clean the algae off them.
