[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far, I am happy with the device. The only issue I have encountered is that the water tank is a bit difficult to remove and reinstall.

Reverse osmosis water never tasted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Reverse osmosis water never tasted better! I live in an area with extremely hard water, and the amount of water softener salt I need to add made the water taste distinctly salty. In addition, the likely nitrates and microplastics made drinking tap water unappealing. After setting up the AquaTru Carafe and cleaning the filters, the water finally tasted as it should, and I don't have to worry about any other contaminants in my drinking water.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my AquaTru Carafe. Water tastes amazing. I tried the mineral replacement filter but like the plain VOC water better. Smooth and easy. The tank takes a little getting used to and I suggest getting the slider to use under as it makes it so easy to slide if you need it to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very difficult to get the rear tank in all the way. I did figure out you need to start pushing down on left side first then tank goes in ok.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with the quality and clarity of the water produced by the Aqua Tru Carafe. It is a simple operation and refills the container very fast. I am so happy to stop buying water and now can produce this RO water at home on my kitchen counter.
