Everything is wonderful, except the tap water tank is hard to fit correctly into position on its base. It demands precision, which is very difficult with a full heavy tank of water. Also, the wheels that allow the entire device to slide forward or back on the counter are nice except that it would be even better if they also allowed sideways ease of motion as well as forward and back.

AquaTru to expectations!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this machine! I was originally worried about the size of the product, but it is actually pretty compact and fits perfectly in my kitchen. There is more than enough space for it when deciding where to put it.
Now, how does this actually work? It’s so simple to install, for one. Once that’s taken care of, you wash and clean the product and then run four cycles before you begin using it for yourself. This is actually pretty cool because you can see the purification process for yourself.
The water is so crisp and refreshing. I can’t speak highly enough about this product. I love it!
