[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This RO filter was exactly what I was looking for. I’ve been using a popular gravity charcoal filter system for several years but decided that I wanted a certified filtration system. I’m very happy.

Love it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love this carafe! Water tastes so clean and fresh! The only thing I wished was better was the amount of water waste and how often I have to refill the tank and the tank is sort of difficult to re-align to the back of the system. But overall extremely happy with my purchase!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the sliding tray but I need one that has wheels and can move in all directions. I can't push the button and pull it forward easily. Please create a product to help with the problem.
