AquaTru Carafe

We are returning the product. We are getting 40-50% of the water put into the system through. It is a huge waste of water which is important here in New Mexico. The water we got was fine. Just too much waste/

I really like the carafe that I purchased. The design is also very nice so it looks great on the kitchen counter.
