I really like the speed

I really like the speed of the cleansing of the water. It is easy to use, although I have not had to swap out filters yet.

I was truly so excited to start this system but there are particles in the water floating around after filtration. . Not sure if this system doesn’t filter out everything or if I got a faulty one. If you could find a solution to resolve this it would be so much appreciated.

So incredibly happy with this purchase! I was unsure of getting the carafe for my family of 4 since the other filters are bigger but really preferred the glass carafe option. It has worked out great! I simply fill up glass bottles each day for on the go. The filtration process is much quicker than expected. Will most likely buy an extra carafe to put in the fridge for even more convenience. Best purchase I’ve made all year :)
