Really slick product, works well, no issues with ours since buying it. For someone who can't get an under-the-sink or other kinds of filters, probably the ideal water filter.

I've been using my Aquatru Carafe countertop unit for about six weeks now. I've had no issues with it and I'm very pleased with how it operates. I purchased a second glass container so that I would not run out of cold purified water. As a single person, I use approximately one carafe a day of water. Although I like the footprint of the carafe size, if it were for more than one person, the larger unit might be more efficient. Using two carafes at the same time allows me to keep enough refrigerated water on hand that I don't have to add unpurified ice to the water. I then use an insulated stainless steel mug to keep the water cold for hours at a time. I have found that keeping the water cold is helping me to drink more water throughout the day. Using the AquaTru also has the indirect effect of saving wear and tear on my ice maker and keeps me from having to replace my refrigerator's water filter as often. I’m very pleased with my purchase so far.

For my entire life I’ve been using either a water filter for the fridge or the PUR water system where the filter gets clogged within a week. I’m in love with my aquatru countertop water purifier. Our household uses probably 2 gallons a day so it’s running a lot. The filters still going great. So far so good! The water taste is also supreme. I also appreciate that it’s glass so much
