The water tastes so good and we have noticed a great improvement in the taste of our coffee and tea.
It's so convenient to refill and the carafe makes it easy to pour from.

I'm sure our water quality

I'm sure our water quality is vastly improved, but the water tank doesn't fit snuggly on the base so the lid won't close completely. It did for a few days but now it doesn't at all. The last time I ran it this morning it was very slow, maybe because it's not on the base tight no matter how much I try to get it on there. I started using it 12/23/24.

The carafe only fills half way and the filling container leaves a lot of waste water. Wish there was a way to fill more
