I love the AquaTru Carafe! I am so happy to drink & cook with clean water and especially love that it filters out fluoride. The Carafe is very easy to use and clean out. Highly recommended!

I’ve been using the AquaTru, and overall I really do love it. The water tastes amazing! it’s clean, crisp, and has made a noticeable difference compared to regular tap water.
The only issue I’ve had is that it doesn’t seem to purify a full tank in one cycle. I’ve tried restarting it and troubleshooting the issue, but unfortunately it still stops before the entire tank is purified. I have to refill or restart it several times to get a full tank of purified water, which can be a bit frustrating.
Other than that, it’s been a great system, and I’m very happy with the quality of the water it produces. If the full-tank purification issue were resolved, it would easily be a 5-star product.

Love the AquaTru carafe! The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because the WiFi does not consistently stay connected. Other than that, it's awesome!

Tank does not seat easily

Tank does not seat easily onto the back section. The carafe isn't always filled to them top when we run it. The carafe is also very small for a family.

We love our RO carafe!

We love our RO carafe! I feel so much better knowing we have healthier, safe water to drink. It’s easy to set up and easy to use. I haven’t tested the water to verify that it’s removing everything they claim, but I trust the reviews.
