Love it! I use it every day. The water tastes amazing and is crystal clear. I love that you can use the filters that add minerals to the water. The filters Aalso takes out forever chemicals. Pour bottled water in and clean out the micro plastics all while adding beneficial minerals and the perfect PH balance for the best healthy water you can drink.

Love my carafe

I absolutely love the system. Unfortunately I have really hard water, which means I need to clean it pretty often. But even with that, I would buy this again in a heartbeat. Totally worth it – and if you live in an area with PFOS contamination, it’s a must have.

New unit has issues

I have purchased MANY carafe units and original units over the years.
The most recent one rattles like crazy, so I requested a new base.
I have contacted Aquatru repeatedly on this issue over the last few weeks -- including sending a video -- but no one has responded.
If they ever do and can help, I will revise the review.

I’m still on the fence. I don’t like the fact that you have to waist water to clean the water but I get it, and it has to be plugged in to purify, it was easy to set up and I purchased the extra carafe which helps to have additional water as the carafe is not that big

Delicious water

Very simple to setup and use this RO system. It has a small footprint with an easy to maneuver design. The taste of this water is what I imagine the gods drink. It makes the coffee that much better too. Highly recommend the alkaline filter. Aquatru has made me an incredibly happy customer.

I really like the size of the machine, and ease of use. I like to be able to fill the water tank and let it fill the carafe as needed. The water taste great, too.
