Great water poor design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of the water is outstanding. It’s quick & easy too. Unfortunately the design could be better. The machine vibrates & cause the pitcher to slide forward & stops the filtration process. It was an easy fix to put rubber under the carafe to stop it. Manufacture should update design to prevent this issue.

size for us. The coal mine recently destroyed my wonderful springs and gave city water which is awful. It’s good to know we have good, safe water to drink.
