Hands done the best water

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Hands done the best water filter system on the market. I had purchased a different popular brand prior to this, no comparison, sent it back and ordered Aquatru immediately. From ease of use to construction and taste, it’s simply the best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This machine has a couple issues. I have had mine for a month or so. The water tank doesn’t sit properly when you push it in to place so it sort of leans back slightly causing the lid to not close properly. Also it doesn’t seem it can filter a full pitcher of water without stopping and the maintenance light coming on. You have to unplug it and plug it back in to finish filtering. I can’t comment on the water quality, the TDS reading seems to fluctuate between 100-280 depending on the day. Water tastes fine, but generally the machine is annoying to deal with. I would not recommend it. Unfortunately there is only one other option on the market that uses a glass caraffe instead of plastic so I’m stuck with it for the time being.

Love the AquaTru carafe. This

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the AquaTru carafe. This size is good for being in an apartment and taking up much space. Only thing is sometimes the water tank doesn’t fit the base and the top won’t go all the way down. But you just have to make sure the plugs at the bottom “x” shaped things line up with the “x” parts on the base by twisting it a little and it will fit.

I like the machine but

I’ve used the Carafe System with Alkaline Mineral Boost filter for four months and now I’ve become a complete water snob. It makes the most fresh, best tasting water, everything else just tastes subpar.
The set up was so easy and I have had no problems using the system so far. I love that I haven’t had to change the filters despite making gallons of water a week.

SHOCKINGLY THE PERFECT SYSTEM FOR MY LIFE

I am one person, and the carafe AquaTru is so right for me. I had another brand that was replaced once and still didn't work, was arduous labor using dyes and persnickety filters. . . and the 2nd one was returned too. This review is not incentivized (I didn't know it could be?) This little pot (white and lovely) sits by my sink and is in constant use for tea water, ice cubes, drinking water. I don't mind using it up because it SO easy to refill the tap water bin and the carafe fills quickly. It might not serve a large family but for one person (me) it is simply perfect. I've had it about six months and haven't had to think about new filters yet.

Wonderful-easy-finally clean water!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to set up & run. Quality!! Don’t worry about how big the pitcher is, just fill up some glass containers. Runs cycle quite fast and not that loud. Very easy, starts automatically with easy to read lights for when filters will need changed. Very happy customer for life
