It's great tasting water and really fast to filter. Was easy peasy to put together and fits perfectly on the counter space. I totally recommend this Aquatru carafe for all.

too much water left unfiltered

I feel like a lot of water is wasted, as a significant amount is left in the "dirty water" container once it is done filtering. I use it to water my plants, but I still feel like it is too much left unfiltered.

The best damn water filter (& company), period

First off, the water that this thing produces tastes incredible - so the thing does it's base function and does it well. But the most important thing, in my opinion, is how this new version is 10x better than their old one. My mom and I participated in a survey about two years ago with Aquatru to answer some questions on the product (What we liked, what we didn't, etc) and they seem to have seriously listened to their customers and put together a new version of their product that addresses and improves upon virtually every single function of the previous design. Not only is the water still delicious, but the thing is a joy to use. I love the glass built-in pitcher, the sensor for when the pitcher is loaded/unloaded is fantastic and I've never experienced a single drop on the counter. Also I find the tank is easier to load/unload than the original. Great job Aquatru - keep improving like this and I'll keep buying your products. If you're looking for a water filter, this is the one to get.
