I am shocked. My Best Buy of the year. It still amazes me how clean this water tastes all the time. Water served anywhere else does not compare to this clean flavor. My young kids notice the difference when we go other places now and prefer to drink this water. My only regret is not buying the larger model. I am filling the carafe nonstop. Do yourself a favor and splurge for the larger model.

Have owned our countertop unit for 6 months and have been MORE than happy with its performance! Easy to use, easy to clean, delicious water on demand are all pluses - but what we've loved most is its portability! We take it everywhere with us - no more paying for nasty bottled water in hotels or drinking substandard water when visiting friends or family - we make our own and SHARE. We travel by car, so I have no idea how the unit would do in a suitcase banged around by an airline - but for us, it is a Godsend!

Delicious tasting, love it

I have my filter for almost two years now, and I strongly recommend it. I filter water every other day as my son and go through around 2 gallons a day. I love the water and no more plastic bottles for me, so helping out the planet a bit.

I can taste the difference

I can taste the difference in the water after it comes through the aqua tru.
I don't understand why the same volume of water is always left in the tank to be thrown out.
Even if I feel the tank with only purified water the same volume is always left to be thrown out. It seems to do it by volume and not purity.

Much needed & appreciated

We’re living in our ‘Shouse’ building as a new home is being built including a new well on the property. The AquaTru has been MOST helpful. We’ll pack it up & take it South this winter for use in a rental.

Waste water

The ONLY problem I have is the amount of water that gets thrown out as waste water.
I do use what I can to water house plants, but I don’t have enough plants.
I plan to water flower beds withe the wasted waste water in the summer time.
