My AquaTru Carafe arrived on

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My AquaTru Carafe arrived on time and is a good looking small appliance. I read the manual through and got a better idea of what it would take to use this for my water source in the kitchen. I decided it just does not filter enough water for me. I would be refilling this little tank several times a day for drinking, cooking, and my pet. It most likely makes good clean water. It gets 4 stars because it's too small for me, and I'm a one person, one pet household. Get the system for under the sink! I've returned this item.

Issues with lid closing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Altho, I like the concept of a counter water filter I’m annoyed with the lid not closing when the tank is on. Fiddling and trying to get the lid to close properly has been an annoyance. I don’t know if anyone else has this issue or I have a faluting water filter with a lid that won’t close right. 😔😒

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After having bought what I thought was a similar device from another company, I can truly say that this car is 500% better. The water taste better. And the design is much easier to use and fits on my counter. I can get the tank off the back without whacking my hand on the top of the cabinets and it does everything. It says it would do. I’m really happy with this purchase and really wish I would have bought this one first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought the AquaTru carafe in the hope of reducing our use of plastic water bottles. Little did we know that we would end up loving the water! It tastes better than any bottled water. It is amazing that it can take our foul tasting tap water and transform it like that. We all drink a lot more water now. We did get the alkaline mineral boost filter. So far we are loving our AquaTru carafe.

I like this product very

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this product very much other than the inconsistency of the re-mineralization of the water using the alkaline filter. It starts strong and then after maybe 10-15 cycles begins to drop significantly in TDS. . . well below what is needed for proper hydration and electrolyte levels.
