The water reservoir never sits

The water reservoir never sits properly into the unit. Quite annoying, as I have to manoeuvre quite a bit to get into place and have the lid close.

The water is good but

The water is good but it only fills half of the carafe on every purification cycle so that is kind of inconvenient.
