Happy with the Aero

I just started using the Aero for post recovery after strength training. So far, I really like it and find that it helps me to recover faster and I can train again within 24 hours.

I've only used it twice. I found the controls a little awkward & hard to read - black on black! I'm hoping it will help with circulation & neuropathy in my foot.

I bought the 2 pack Miko Aero Compression Leg Massagers, and I must ask myself how did I live without such a device. This device is super easy to use and it instantly helped my legs feel lighter. As I specifically purchased for circulation and lymphatic drainage, I hope to see positive results upon long term use.

I love this foot/leg massager. Works great. Have been using it nightly since I got it. Only issue is battery doesn’t last really long. Get about 45 mins on full charge. So glad I bought this.
