The computer itself is very nice. Windows 11 is a nightmare. The computer keeps shutting down and rebooting three times till it comes to another screen where I have totally start over. Unfortunately my 10-year-old computer gave up and I had to get a new one. All the new ones come with Windows 11.

I love this computer. It has all the features I need for what I use it for. I just needed a basic, fast, easy -to-use computer and this one fits the bill. My only complaint is that the power cord is on the left side, and the right side is where my outlet is. I am lefthanded and my mouse sometimes get caught on the cord. I do like using a mouse even though the touch pad works fine.
