Poor suction. The suction is very bad. Not powerful. On carpet, it’s even worst. Though it’s not noisy, doesn’t do the expected job.

The auto empty did not work

I JUST received the vacuum and used it as soon as it charged. Worked great until I emptied it. Everything stayed behind in the canister and it all spilled when I took the vacuum back out of the stand! The one thing that swayed me to purchase this model was the auto empty feature and it didn't work.

This vacuum is on the expensive side of vacuums. Paying so much, you would expect to get more for the $$$ - but nope... You get less...
A basic add on I would love to see is an extra battery and a charger that can handle the installed and standby batteries. The AERO is lacking both! These options are available with the basic package and not for extra fee.

Upgraded to this after a cheaper cordless handheld fell apart. So far this vacuum has handled anything I’ve vacuumed. Tile floors, low pile rugs, thicker rug for the cat outbox area. This vacuum has never stalled out and has picked up everything on these surfaces. It has a run time of 30 minutes and I have a 2021 square foot home and have never run out of battery. I love the self clean functionality. The only thing that doesn’t get sucked out in the self clean is pet hair/human hair that is wrapped around the metal filter area near the top of the collection container. Still need to pull that out by hand.

Excellent for quick daily clean-up. Very lightweight. Biggest plus is the auto empty into a bag! Much cleaner than the other brand that stinks and releases dust into the air. The canister is small but quick to empty,Very good filtration. The light makes sure nothing is overlooked.
