Similar to previous phone in operation and size, this is good, teaching elderly people about technology is difficult. Still a challenge with screen recognition of his finger on screen pushes too long or too short. Frustrating to operate sometimes generally because of this issue.

The improvements on the Apple 14 are awesome! The best part was bypassing a busy ATT store and long waits, by being able to easily transfer info from one phone to another, using e-SIM!
