They came Flat, fluffed them for 20 minutes by hand. Helped some but still semi flat. Then I put them in the dryer, that helped some but when you rest your head on them they go flat right away again. Material is good but not a good bed pillow for any type of support. I WOULD NOT recommend any one buying this pillow.

I was excited about these pillows but was displeased when I received them. Nearly half the entire pillow wasn’t even filled with feathers, and the second I laid down in them it went completely flat, the sides were covering my face for the lack of stuffing. I thought I’d try putting them in the dryer to fluff them up, although that did help.. the second I laid down, flat again. Don’t buy unless used as decorative pillows.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These pillows were extremely flat. Even after fluffing them, my head went right through and gave no support. They also gave off a very off smell which bothered me throughout the entire night..

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pillows did not have enough "stuff" inside them and to say that 5% constitutes DOWN and feather pillow is misleading. I tried sleeping with one and when nicely bunched up it was hard under my head.
