Horrible Appliance

I bought this dryer two years ago and it has not worked properly for the last 6 months. About a month ago, it stopped starting. I have had 4 service appointments and two different technicians come and replace parts that have cost me over $200 and it still doesn't work. GE Customer service is not helpful and has not done anything to remedy this situation other than offering me a discount on parts and labor. They can't seem to figure out what parts are needed or how to fix it. I had to leave a voice mail for the customer service representative and still haven't heard back. The customer service is horrendous and the appliance does not work. It appears that this machine is no longer being manufactured so I will not be able to get one that matches my washing machine. I will be very hesitant about purchasing any future GE appliances for my home and will be looking into replacing the current GE appliances that I own because their customer service is sub-par and I would hate to have to deal with all of this again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Took a little getting used to

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a week to get the setting down to what I needed in the dryer but it has been great ever since. I still have to put the times dry on occasionally for towels, but for the most part, it gets everything dry the first time.
