My grandson (age 7.5) said that this is a great name for the product as it teaches you that everyone is the same. He loves the rainbow. He said it was little hard to push the body on the legs, but he still loved this set. Liked that it is so colorful

When this came out a year ago I was thinking of buying it. Now I wish I had gotten it sooner. Although it was easy and quick to build (about 1/2 hour max), I could see the thought that went into the design to keep the finished piece sturdy and stable, which gives me better ideas for future builds (non-packaged-set builds)
I love the diversity aspect.
I may take other reviewers' advice and get a second set to mix up the people pieces.

Boring to build

This is a nice display piece if that is all you are looking for. However, the building experience was boring, uninspiring, and repetitive. Also, the pieces aren’t useful if you ever decide to break it down. No one needs completely monocolor minifigures. Therefore, it’s not a good purchase from a “value for money” perspective either. I can’t recommend this product based on any characteristic other than displayability. I’m sure people will still buy it because of its message, but you guys are wasting your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Being a senior gay man and a LEGO maniac, this is one of the more meaningful sets I’ve purchased. I’ve built more difficult sets, Colosseum, but this one is special.
I bought two and gave one to my boss and she loved it. I only wish I could buy more to give as gifts to other friends.

Great First Time Set!

For my first ever Lego set, I really had a lot of fun putting it together for a nice little afternoon activity. The instructions were super easy to follow along with too! Great for a beginner and took only about an hour to complete! Happily going to display it in my room!
