Great Start - Bad Finish

I always value opinions and often spend a lot of time reviewing products before committing to a purchase. With that said, I did not do my due diligence on the purchase of two of these unit last Christmas for my children and saw what I thought as an “ok” deal at Walmart. Initially the scooters were a hit, both the kids loved them. About 6 months in, the flimsy break snapped off my daughter’s scooter (also worth noting, the material was thin and was bound to fail at some point). A scooter with no break for a 5 year old is a bad idea. She started to use her brothers and was traveling down a medium slop when….I kid you not….the front tire came completely off!! What?! She took a tumble and the scooter ended up in the trash (lost bolt. Didn’t appreciate it hurting my daughter etc). She’s ok, she’s a champ and recovered besides a little road rash and embarrassment….finally, also want to point out that the lock button press on the handle bars is insufficient, the handle bars on one scooter was able to easily be shifted up/down without effort or depressing the lock button. My point through this though is that I appreciate median price points but will think again when making a Jetson purchase for the fear of a similar experience. Buyer beware. Sorry Jetson, I don’t enjoy writing this review but do feel the public will be better informed.

Beautiful & well made

I bought two of these for my seven-year-owed nieces for Christmas. One red, & one black scooter. They love them, & I love them! The scooters seem to be very well made, & were reasonably priced. The paint is beautiful, the lights are beautiful, & the larger wheels mean they can be used in the grass (shorter grass) when it’s dry in the yard, as well as using on a hard surface. The “setup” was easy & quick, and the adjustable handlebar height will ensure they can use them for multiple years. I would like one of these for myself!

I love the first Jetson purchase I made, the scooter lasted my daughter 2 years. This Easter I gifted her this one and it’s only been 2 weeks the handle bars slip off and the led light strip on the footboard comes out all the time VERY UNSAFE!

Do not buy crap material, they cheaped out and screw is stuck and can’t even setup scooter fock this scooter.

I reached out to her son because my autistic son loved his scooter , unfortunately someone stole the handle bars after we left it in the front yard . So I messaged jetson to see If I would purchase the handle bar separately . Unfortunately I couldn’t . But they offered a warranty replacement and gave me a whole new scooter ! Thank you guys so much . The lights the smoothness of the wheels gliding in any hard terrain , is what he loves the most . Thank you guys ❤️. He used the stickers but placed them on the wall of his room !
