Great, but room for improvement

We love the ability to do different shapes - we have several other mini waffle makers with the standard plates that are not removable, so the versatility offered here is excellent. However, the fact that you can only do one shape per waffle was a bummer - we were hoping to be able to do different shapes on each side. I understand there are probably some issues with the waffle being thick enough for this, but I would think it's possible. And I know there's nothing you can do about the heat, but the fact that it takes a while for the heat to dissipate so you can swap out the different shapes essentially ensures all your waffles will have the same shapes for any given meal. But we do like having a variety - just wish it was a little more versatile.

Great for snack size waffles

We just started using this mini waffle maker—so far, it’s been working well. I like the removable plates, which are easy to clean. Would be helpful to have a “done” ringing sound so we wouldn’t have to keep timing each waffle.
