Great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I needed a waffle iron and went looking for one. This one arrived very quickly and was more than I expected. I love the variable heat settings. It also opens wide enough to put the batter into it easily and safely. It is light weight and doesn’t take up a large amount of counter space. It gets really warm around the heating elements but not to injury stage. The handles are cool to work with. It is easy to clean with a nonstick surface and large lid opening.
The only thing I would like to see changed is the static hinge go to a movable hinge. Allowing the part closest to the back to get the same time as the front of the machine to provide a more uniform heat when the batter doesn’t fit the top part. This would allow other types of batters to be utilized and cook evenly.

Fast and fluffy waffles!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I only had a Belgian waffle once before getting this waffle maker, now i will have them all the time!
It heated up fast and cooked the waffles to a nice crispiness. I liked the different settings for color/crispiness since not everyone likes their waffles the same in my house.
I tried different amounts of my favorite waffle mix until i found the perfect amount (2/3 cup). I read the instructions but didnt see any information about the amount of batter to add.
Clean up was easy and the way it stands up for storage is a nice space saver.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to be honest here as I have always been a pancake lover and not so keen on the waffle. Having said that, this Belgian waffle maker by Hamilton Beach has made me a lover of waffles and a believer that you can have a nice, tender belgian waffle that doesn't rip apart when you try to put butter on it. I love that fact that you can adjust just how brown you would like your waffle to be too. The nonstick waffle plates make it so easy to clean up and storing is a breeze as it sits upright so it is not taking up alot of space in your cabinet. This product is phenomenal and will make a believer out of you too!

Belgian waffles

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got my Belgian waffle maker and unpacked it and made waffles. I make waffles but wanted to make a Belgian waffles. Whipping egg whites lightened the waffles and the waffle maker made them a beautiful crispy brown. I can adjust fineness easily for changes that fit the waffles I’m making. I’m excited to try yeasted waffles and another suggested almond meal for a different taste. Lots of waffle adventures ahead!
