Too soon to tell

Just opened this and I am not sure about the surface. I had a Presto griddle that had a hex pattern on its supposedly non-stick surface and it was impossible to clean. This looks like it has a textured surface as well, so I remain skeptical.

Not evenly heated/cook

It's easy to use and clean. The only issue I have is.. it's doesn't heat evenly. Whenever I make pancakes... it doesn't cook/make my pancakes even. Some areas be lighter or darker on the same pancake. Never even.

Amazing electric griddle!

It's an amazing kitchen tool. It gets hot very fast, even on the lowest setting and it's great keeping the temperature same all across the surface!
Surface is non stick, not even cheese stuck to it.
