I got this as a wedding gift, because I usually make Arepas which is a Colombian and Venezuelan thing they make, and this does miracles and for breakfast in the morning it’s amazing.

Griddle gets way too hot.

Temperatures are all hotter than control indicates. I have burned a few things. Other than that, it is a nice griddle and I like the size. Perhaps a new control would help.
