Easy to clean, heats up evenly. I did think surface was Removable for dishwasher however.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this to replace an old griddle. HUGE UPGRADE. Such a simple machine to use and stores great. Plenty of space was able to make a great spread for my family. Would buy again for sure.
