Pretty simple & it works for seniors in an apartment. Also like the temp control that unplugs for better cleaning.

It’s a great product. Just wish there was a splash shied of sorts in the back to keep things cleaner.
Overall though. For the cost and what you get, it’s a great value!

I like this smaller grill. Just two of us.
I am not as happy that it has limited use. I tried to make eggs and bacon. Eggs cooked fine, the bacon was just full of grease spraying all over. There is a little drawer for grease to go in to. It does not. You would have to have an awful lot of fatty food cooking to produce grease to go in to the drawer. To do that you have grease flying all over. Goes to cupboards, counters etc.
I should have purchased something with a lid.
I have changed my purpose for this griddle. It will only be used for eggs, pancakes, grilled sandwiches, and French toast.
I am still glad I purchased it.
