Strong and inexpensive way to hang heavy speakers

These mounts are heavy duty and very adaptable. You can put either side onto the wall or ceiling depending on what you are screwing into. I used two of the mounts to \hang\" my center speaker. The safety wire is a cool touch. My speakers are very heavy and these hold them up fine and they look cool too. Plus they are not that expensive. Only thing I would add is they could come with some black screws and washers to mount to the speakers and wall because it is hard to find nice looking black screws to match the size of the holes."

solid/ update after a few months

Hanging a couple Polk T15s with no problem. No studs just sheetrock anchors (#10)Update- after a few months of use I can say that these mounts are still SOLID. I love the universal design that is simple yet elegant and well built to boot. Hanging a pair of Polk T15 no problem

Installed from the ceiling and they are holding Klipsch speakers that weight 16lbs each from them and they haven't dropped at all!

Love them!!!! Stand off the wall a good distance but worked well for the application. I bought these for the garage because the heavy duty plastic ones I had bought failed with the speaker hitting the floor. With the tether the brackets have to keep this from happening. How every the brackets are made of metal so this should never happen. Would definitely buy them again.

These are super cool! I had to screw the connector plate right to my speaker because nothing lined up. Very heavy duty and a lot of mounting options.
