These brackets are sturdy and would surely get the job done, but they really aren't \low profile\". I was mounting some speakers in the shop and these just made them stand off the wall too much. I ended up mounting them with folding TV wall mounts. I'm sure I will find a use for these somewhere

These sturdy brackets can clearly hold some serious weight. I like that they are fully articulating, The base swivels, the joint can move 180 degrees and the rotator cuff that holds the speaker attachment element can rotate 360 degrees. More exciting (at least for me) is that the speaker attachment \head\" can come off
