They are very sturdy and can hold medium to large speaker up to 33 lbs with no problems at all. I read on the reviews that you could not use these for speakers with hole mounts, but you can. I just removed the speaker plate bracket off the mounting, then I removed the plate off the back of the speaker and reattached the nut (which came with the mounting) to the back of the speaker.

They mounted to concrete ceilings fine and connected some 70Volt Black Speakers for a Conference Room. They came with a small security cable also.

I'm almost positive I can do pull-ups off these things. They are very well machines and the anchor straps were welcomed as an added safety. My speaker holes were a bit wider so I had a friend make a plate for me but I'd highly suggest something similar for a few extra bucks so people get some adjustable options.The mount adjustment is only on a single axis but the plate that screws to your speaker can be turned but I'm not sure it'll work well since you don't have the third axis to pan left right.

They are a strong and quality built mounts. No problems installing it, but I did end up using slightly longer screws for my speaker. Liking them very much so far. It's holding my speaker at a downward angle very well and is showing no signs of coming loose. No complaints from me.

These speaker mounts are very strong! I was so impressed with how well made they are for the price that I paid for them. I had to do a little drilling due to the holes not lining up with the holes on the back of my Klipschs speakers. But that was easy. They look very nice hanging from my ceiling!!!

Don't buy for keyhole mount speakers

Made very well and are heavy duty. Not the most ascetically pleasing to look at. Does not work well with keyhole mounted speakers.
