Mouse tray too low

Good quality for the money. Keyboard tray works and functions as promised. Easy to install. My challenge is the tray for the mouse. It mounts underneath the keyboard tray, placing it nearly 2 inches lower. Not ergonomically correct as one has to reach lower to use the mouse. It should be the same height as the keyboard. Hurts my wrist. However, I decided to keep the product choosing to remount the mouse tray on top (using a longer bolt). A shorter 10-keyless keyboard provided room to spare for the mouse tray above instead of below.

I like the keyboard tray. It was pretty easy to install. The only negative I have is the mouse tray. The screw that holds the noise tray to the keyboard tray gets loose and cause the mouse tray to slide under the keyboard tray to easily while using it. I continuously have to tighten the screw to keep the mouse tray in place. I would also love to have the option of moving the mouse tray screw to the bottom right corner of the keyboard tray.

A few minor complaints, but works well

Installed this yesterday so I've only been using it a short period of time, but so far I am generally pleased with the purchase. I like the height and angle adjustment so I can get it just right and the fact that it rotates along a horizontal axis is handy as well.It was relatively easy to install, although the two screws that hold the stoppers were a little long and threatened to pierce the top of my desk so we didn't screw them in all the way (which should be fine as long as no one is too rough on the thing). Additionally, the instructions, although pretty clear have two steps in the wrong order. Step #4 should be done before step #2, because once you put the keyboard shelf on the arm you don't have enough room to screw the front stopper in.My only other complaint is that the mouse arm is a little too low and therefore partially defeats the ergonomic value of the product. Luckily I have a spare keyboard that is smaller, so I'm using that one and have put the mouse on the main tray instead of using the separate mouse tray.

Love it! I am using in right now and couldn't be happier. I needed a tray that was not as wide as others online and this was the only one meeting that criteria. Sturdy and easy to push back under the desk. The mouse tray that swings under the tray to save space is a huge plus! I had my husband install it with no coomplaints.

Easy to install with a drill driver like 7 screws ...

Very solid. Very adjustable(up & down, and side to side). Easy to install with a drill driver like 7 screws plus 2 with rubber stops for the slide. Screw to underside of desk. Mouse pad can go on either side. The wrist pads or cushions have an adhesive backing and stick down to the keyboard platform. Way better than a keyboard drawer.

Easy to install

Very easy to install with a cordless screwdriver. I set it back from the front edge a bit so it will completely slide under the desk.It holds pretty well in place while in use. To slide it in or out, you have to lift up slightly on the keyboard.I don't use the mouse pad. I use a trackball style mouse and it fits fine on the same platform as the keyboard.
