3 stars only because it doesn't work very well with deeper desk I have. It functions perfectly as specified & I decided to keep it as its for my study room & meets the needs for now.

I really like this product. I would have given it 5 Stars except the paint seems to be flaking off of the mounting post.

Perfect for me

I purchased a refurbished one and the box arrived w/out instructions. One call to the Mount-It! customer service and I had a copy in my inbox. It was easy to install - even though we did most of it before the email arrived - and it's easy to move up and down as I go through my day.

Functions perfectly. Instructions were a little vague but excellent quality and very stable with 2 monitors and keyboard installed. I use this in my dj booth at my bar. Seems to be holding up great being used daily.

Great product. Trial and error to get the tension settings correct, otherwise product is a great value and works well.

Instructions are a bit confusing, aside from that good product. I do recommend it.
