Functions perfectly. Instructions were a little vague but excellent quality and very stable with 2 monitors and keyboard installed. I use this in my dj booth at my bar. Seems to be holding up great being used daily.

I have had this stand since November. I really like the concept and like the item. However just today, only 4 months after the purchase the one arm that holds a monitor would not stay in the up position. I lift it up and it falls. I tightened the hardware but it did not help. Then on a whim I loosened the hardware and it actually held the arm in place. Exactly the opposite of what you would expect. The directions are fairly generic with pictures and not many details. Adjustment recommendations or suggestions for adjustments would be helpful.

Great for bedridden use

It's a sit-stand mount, but I use it for lying in bed. I bought it for it's height and extension length. I'm almost bedridden, and I wanted something that would work for me when I'm lying down. This unit works beautifully for my needs! I have a 24\ Dell monitor

I just received the desk mount, and assembled it. The entire assembly is heavy duty metal, except for some plastic embellishments, and does exactly what it says it does. Very cool product. Make sure your desk that will be used to mount it is heavy duty.
