this is exactly what we needed! we needed something to hang under a monitor in our office next to an x-ray machine. it's very easy to set up. You just put it against the back of the monitor and then put the mount on top of that and then screw it all in together. Then we connected the mount on the monitor to the piece in the wall and voila!! It is adjustable. the whole thing can move up and down in case you want it closer or further away from the monitor and it tilts so it can sit at almost 90 degrees or you can tilt it down at like a 45 degree angle.

Great option for mounting monitor, keyboard and mouse tray to the wall. All you need to add is a cheap monitor wall mount and add this between the monitor and the wall mount. I used it withOrienttvbracket TV Wall Mount Bracket Fixed Position for most 14 to 24 Inch LED LCD OLED Plasma Flat Screen Panel with VESA up to 100x100mm and 35 lb

Works great for my use. Seems sturdy and I love the adjustable keyboard height. Overall I am very happy with it. -1 star because no-matter how much I tighten it up it still droops till it hits the wall.
