Built-in level may not be accurate.

There's a lot to like about this mount (simple low profile design, easy to install, affordable price) and I would have given it five stars if I hadn't relied on the built-in level to be accurate when drilling holes and attaching the mounting plate to my wall. Upon hanging my TV and stepping back I saw that the TV sloped badly. I removed the TV, grabbed a level from my garage, and verified that the level built-in to the wall plate was quite a bit off. Removing and reinstalling the wall plate with an accurate level was simple, and had the mount not included a built-in level, I would have given it five stars.

Overall, well made product

Overall this is a great product! The mount is well made and mounts the tv extremely close to the wall. And is very intuitive/simple to install. However there are a couple issues. 1) the built in level is very inaccurate, not a big deal if you have a level of your own. 2) the hardware bundle did not include the neseccary bolts for mounting my Samsung TV. I had to go to the Hardware store to acquire 4 bolts that would work with my TV

Great Swivel TV Wall Mount

My husband and I ordered this swivel tv wall mount. We had it installed professionally by a reputable company. We absolutely love it. Our family room has a large sectional sofa in it. We are hosting Christmas Bunch for family and friends. Because the tv is able to be turned and not just stay on the wall, we will be able to entertain our family members comfortably.

FLIMSY metal that bent easily during installation

I was actually very disappointed with how light and flimsy my mount was. It's called a "heavy duty" screen mount rated to hold TVs up to 90". Not only was it visibly thin and flimsy out of the box, but when I mounted my TV on it and tightened the bolts to hold the TV onto the mount, parts of the mount BENT through my hand-tightening of the bolt! I'm not sure I trust the mount to hold my TV...
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its a decent product for the money. The part that you attach to the tv to mount to the wall mount is very shaky. Our tv weighs about 40 lb and I wouldn't want to try anymore.
