The directions were not all that great and you have to assemble the part of the bracket that mounts on the wall. But, it's an excellent value and does a great job of securely holding our 55\ led tv. I don't use it but the tilt is nice and it is very flush to the wall.You have to use common sense with hardware since the directions are not very useful. I had to use the included spacer with the screws that go into the back of the tv because the screws were too long w/o them."

My husband and his dad mounted it within an hour. Its a 55\ TV and we haven't had any problems. Its been about 2 months now."

No problems what so ever, does not include the screws needed to attach the T.V. to the device the screws are M-something. Check your devices manual.

Item was as discribed love it it is holding up my 65 inch Samsung smart TV I have no doubt it will be hanging there when I get home everyday lol
