It was easy to put together, easier than I thought. I had to go with the stand verses the desk mount, pole through a hole in the desk, as my desk top is glass. I secured it with a small clamp, holding the base to the desk, solid. The three screens were balanced but any small jarring would make the stand wobble towards me. Better safe than sorry. They do recommend the pole mount, but glad for the options. Other than that, it works like a champ. Couldn't be happier.

Works really great for my needs

Works really great for my needs. Really heavy duty and feels like quality. My only complaint is that adjusting the stiffness on the arms are a little challenging at times. Which is absolutely to be expected from something mechanical like this. Aside from that i love the product and love how well it works with my setup for work.

Use the grommet as base is unstable, not a issue for me though.

Great Stand for HP Pavillion monitors (22cwa)

Took me a while to set up but they're awesome. My desk is so much cleaner and organized now that I got this stand. Really like. My monitors are HP Pavillion 22cwa. I had to buy the bracket adapter for it so it cost me a bit more but it was worth it.
