The product is great, instructions are well outlined. But the anchors that are provided are junk and I would recommend getting your own heavy duty anchors.

Remote pre-sets simplify lowering TV over mantle

This is a sturdy, well engineered wall mount that works great for my new 65" TV. After considering a manual lowering mount, I decided that handling the TV on a regular basis was probably not worth the risk or the added cost of the motorized version. Go ahead and spend the extra $ - if the safety and convenience aren't worth it, the coolness factor certainly is.

Exactly as described. Works well. Decent price for motorized remote controlled mount. Pay attention to details in installation manual and installation will be a snap. One downside is the recommended height above mantle in the manual is not accurate. I could have mounted it 4 inches lower without a problem. Additional spacers and/or additional bolt lengths for VESA would be a plus.

First off it works wonderfully for my 55 inch tv looks clean. I do have four recommendations that are more design choices. 1 Elongating the vesa bars depending on config there is spacing where you see bottom of mount. 2 Adding in a wire route at top I cut one in to hide the cable better. 3 making the silicone piece designed to be removed a different colour it was a little inconspicuous and almost forgotten about. 4 This can be a manu issue, mine seemed to break after first use. It turned out that a cable was pulled just enough out it didn't want to work as if it was over stretched upon piston reposition.

This product works exactly as advertised. My friends and family were really impressed with the professional look to my new setup as well. I knew mounting above my fireplace was not ideal, but in my house, it really was imperative! This is a great solution for reducing neck strain looking up, and even my wife loves it!!! I did have some difficulties in trying to figure out EXACTLY where to mount it as the directions were not the easiest to decipher for fitting my mount/tv into a tight cavity I built into above my mantle. I’m sure with a little practice, I would nail it in the future, but how many am I gonna do? Lol! The construction and quality of the product is obvious, and I have no doubt it will work for many years to come. Already thinking about how I can help others to do the same thing as they strain to watch their tv’s as well!
