It’s okay. I find that I keep shutting it off inadvertently. I don’t know if I’m holding it wrong, but I often hit the off button while brushing my teeth & having the cycle start all over again. It always is beeping, I must be holding it wrong too all the time. I can’t get it to perform for me the way it should. Is it me?

Good Product App. Usage Margin al

The product works very well, but with all the added features still a learning curve. Example the other day did not realize battery was low, started to brush & stopped had to use Wife’s handle to complete brushing. We’re as old handle gave indication on completion of brushing, requiring charge.
The App is ok but syncing with my phone is hit and miss and tells me what I already know that I brushed 2 times per day or things I care nothing about! I track when brush head replacement is required.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The brushing is fine it’s the brush replacement indicator that still isn’t working we got our unit replaced because it didn’t work and even the replacement unit isn’t working why have it if it’s not going to tell u when to change your brush heads??

One foot in the grave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve only had my Sonicare for a few months and it seems to already be on its last leg. It’s unreliable about working with my phone, or turning on without pushing the power button repeatedly, or selecting the level of clean. I expected a lot for the price and for the manufacturer, and this product’s return is certainly not worth the investment. Color me disappointed.

Allow us to share some tips that may help with this. We recommend cleaning the toothbrush with a damp cloth after every use, to ensure that no buildup causes malfunction. As for the issues with the app, please try following these steps:
1. Make sure your toothbrush is fully charged.
2. Check that your phone’s operating system and the app are updated.
3. Activate Bluetooth on your mobile device.
4. Hold your toothbrush and mobile device close together.
5. Remove your toothbrush from the charger or push the mode button to activate the LED symbols on the handle.
6. Open the Sonicare app.
