Nice Feature Set

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When my similar Philips broke they sent me this one for a replacement. Almost the same but has four modes instead of the three I had before. Works well and the battery life is great. have not used the charging travel case but looking forward to trying it. The only issue I seem to have is the brush heads do not seem to fit tightly on the toothbrush body which necessitates cleaning frequently.
I would recommend this to a friend!

First, toothbrush comes with a nice and slim powered travel case. The home charging stand is small and low profile. The toothbrush is light and comfortable to hold, and provides a very powerful but not painful brushing experience. My teeth feel cleaner than ever, which the dental hygienist even noticed without prompting at my recent cleaning. I also appreciate the brushing data captured by the app—I only wish I could download the data when my toothbrush was still sitting on the charging dock.

I’ve owned two of these within the last 3 years having the same issue with them both. The lights on the handle on both just keep flashing cause the toothbrush to not stay charged. Tried different chargers and several restart options are online thinking it would help with negative results
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Please note that if your toothbrush is not charging when it is plugged in, then your outlet might not work. Try using a different outlet to charge it. If you use a charging stand, pad, or glass, ensure that your toothbrush is placed centrally on the charger. The toothbrush will release two short beeps, or the battery light indicator will light up, confirming that the toothbrush is placed on the charger correctly. Ensure the charger is not placed on a metal surface or near other chargers, as this may cause interference while charging.

Thank you for sharing your feedback with us. We are sorry to hear about the experience with your Philips ExpertClean 7500 Sonic electric toothbrush. This is not the experience we wish you had. We suggest you try these suggestions to see if you can fix the issue. Around the power button, toothpaste residue may accumulate. The residue is preventing the power button from functioning properly and becoming stuck.


We recommend cleaning the power button and the surrounding area with a damp cloth. A not fully-charged toothbrush battery might need more power to make the toothbrush vibrate. We recommend charging it for at least 24 hours. If your toothbrush won't fully charge, try a different outlet.


Your toothbrush might not charge if there is a bad power supply connected to the charger. If your toothbrush powers on and the battery light indicators are lit, but there is no vibration, your toothbrush has internal damage. We recommend you request an online repair or exchange. We hope this was useful.

Best tooth brush ever

I was a little skeptical because there are so many and wasnt sure of the differences. needless to say, This is the best toothbrush I have ever used. The toothbrush is powerful on the first setting but it has higher intensity levels if needed. This paired with the app has helped my overall oral routine to the point. that I wonder how I went so long without the expert clean Toothbrush. I recently saw my dentist and this was the first time I saw her after purchasing the toothbrush and she was highly impressed with my overall improvement. This toothbrush is awesome and i even got my wife to purchase it at well.

Still struggling

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My older Sonicare had a setting that was 30 seconds, 4 times. I got used to that…30 seconds top front, top inside, bottom inside, bottom outer. I can’t seem to find that same cycle on Sonicare. Kind of disappointing.
