I received a replacement blade For my gold trimmer and it wouldn’t go on correctly and is not cutting smooth. I love The babyliss products. This just may be a dud. It’s an expensive dud though.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i bought a new blade after having my current gold T trimmer for 3 years. Honestly with Zero blading and everything the new blade is dull. i switched it back to my old one with a much closer shave.
