[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like the product makes hair nice and straight I just wish it was a 2" so it can do more of my hair. I should have got the 2" because it being a lot safer I burnt my hand.

So smooth but bad design

I just received this and so far it is great and so smooth. However, the design is quite flawed with where the lock is to keep it clamped. Everytime I push it together I also push the button for the clamp lock and it’s super annoying. I feel like I can’t clamp as hard as I’d like because of it. Major flaw there.

Works well on very short hair. I have s pixie cut with natural waves but it needs help from time to time. This tool definitely did that! I will say for ultra short pixies be cautious and use a tiny straightener as the plates are too big.

I've had my flat iron for a year and a half. I Love the way it works on all types of hair, it helps cut down flat iron time as well as frizz free Love Love Love it! But I noticed that one side works so I called Conair and had to send my receipt. I receive my new flat iron within 10 business days. Great customer service and the process was short.

I wanted to give it 3 stars but let’s be real here it straightens and curls soooooo perfectly, HOWEVER!!!!!! It’s so heavy and bulky (I have long hands and fingers too) and NO MATTER WHAT I’m always burning myself or the client because they didn’t put the safe bumper ledge on this model like they did their older models. It almost makes me not even want to pick it up but I do anyways because of how great it Irons. The lock on the iron has horrible placement and it’s easy to lock it when you’re not ready to lock it causing you to have to re-do that section and for me that’s toooo much heat! So yeah love hate relationship over here.

I’m obsessed with this flat iron! I have very thick curly hair & this straightens, smooths & curls if I want to curl it after straightening it. I absolutely love it. So worth the money!! I highly recommend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
