Great concept with major downfall

The grip itself is great and does everything it advertises. I love having it on my phone--the problem is, it won't stay there. The adhesive isn't sufficient to keep it attached. The original adhesive gave out after a couple of months so I ordered a replacement pack. It came with 2 new adhesive stickers and both of them also failed. Sometimes it lets go when it's on the car mount; sometimes it fails in my pocket. Ultimately I just sacrificed the ability to spin it and expoxied it to my phone case. I can't justify throwing more money at this already expensive accessory to make it work. I'd rather have a cheaper option with fewer features as long as it's more reliable than this one. Unfortunately, I won't be buying another of these for my next phone.

had older versions with stronger magnet. this one car is its not anywhere near the strngth as previous ones. doesn’t even stay attached to the car mount anymore.

Very upset with the new weak magnet

I am so disappointed my husband has had his snap 4 luxe for 3 years so I was convinced to buy one thinking I’m getting the newest upgraded version I also bought one for him. However these new ones are horrible they constantly fail. My phone falls off the car charger when I’m driving and when my husband is using the finger feature and clicks the lock button it pushes it right off. The magnets in these new ones are not good as a test we took off the sticky grip to his old one to see if that’s what was keeping it on but NO it’s just the magnets alone. The quality has clearly dropped and this is very upsetting to me as I invested in the carmiunt charger and two new snap grips. Very unhappy with the new ones how can I order the old ones with the GOOD magnets?

Super good quality, vibrant color, and strong magnet. What can I say that hasn't been said. I have a magnetic phone holder in my car and ohsnap was perhaps the only grip that I wouldn't have to take out every drive in order to use my phone holder.

I have only had my snap grip for a couple of months. It has not remained magnetized too my phone at all. Have cracked three screen protectors assuming I could pick my phone up by my Oh Snap Grip. I purchased the matching case and the car mount as well. I cannot post a pic because I have no idea where the grip is, as it has fallen off my phone. And btw, I am a very inactive person; so my phone goes from the charger to my living room or purse.

Love the grip, i just wish i got the other one with the stand part. But the grip is great. Charge passes through and magnet is very strong. I’ve only had it for one week, but so far so good.
