Seemed nice, but doesn't lock

This seems like a nice carry-on, but I didn't realize when ordering that it doesn't have a TSA lock on it. At this price point, there should be one, so I returned it.

I have been using travel pro luggage for a long time. I needed another carry-on so I recently purchased this one. It is wonderful and I would not purchase any other luggage brand. I highly recommend. I am a big fan.

Be careful if you overstuff the bag

My handle wouldn’t extend all the way when the bag was really packed. Pretty annoying. I reached out to the company but never heard back

Too Small

I was unable to fit 7 days worth of clothes in the bag. What I was able to fit made it to where the handle would not extend. It's a quality bag but it doesn't handle many clothes.

Not quite what I was hoping for

like this bag ok. I've decided to keep it because of the warranty. But the aligning spinners aren't as smooth and revolutionary as ads and other reviews made them out to be. The bag rolls ok, but I still have to use quite a bit of force and coercion to get it to keep going straight at times.

So far it’s a great product! I have multiple others from them that have exceeded my expectations and imagine this one will do the same. One thing I did discover is when packing you have to put the handle all the way out or you won’t be able to pull it to its full extension once packed.
