had mine for a few months and it constantly crashes. apps crash whole phone crashes. oh you wanted to use google too bad crash. oh samsung internet...crash.

Took away too many features

Thought I was upgrading from a s5 but really downgraded. Lost key features that I loved like the aux port, micro SD slot, ir blaster, and the ability to swap out a dead battery with a full one. Now I gotta wait while it charges. Also starting s6 and up they got way to fragile with the s21 being the best one since the s5. Thank God it's atleast a plastic back. Also I couldn't even use my phone for 3 days until I was able to buy a charger block. Why on earth would samsung give you a cable with no block??

I think this phone is possessed

I bought this about 6 months ago, about 2 months for it to get delivered. Thought it was pretty cool when I opened it. After using it for awhile (3 months in), it decides to drop calls, delayed VM, messages and doesn't always ring (*yes the volume is up). I miss calls, messages come in hours later, it's nuts ! it also doesn't let me chose which Bluetooth connections can be used or disconnect. It seems to just do it automatically. Most oddly, when I use it for a hot spot it shows up as an Galaxy S7. Not really sure if this is a S7 in a S21 + 5G body.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cheap junk

Phone is like 3 weeks old screen is cracked camera is broke hasn't even been dropped, had my s8 active for like 4 years never broke the screen, Samsung is making cheap phones that brake on purpose, they have the technology to make a stronger screen and do not use it , samsung sucks!

Annoying notification popup

Prior to the last software update there was a feature that allowed the time setting in Notifications, Advanced settings, Suggest actions and replies for notifications to be adjusted. Now that feature is removed and the popup lasts for 2 minutes. It appears on practically every screen, gets in the way of just about everything that I try to do on my phone. It is really annoying. It pops up to tell me what I just did like delete an email or typed a password wrong or something like that. The time needs to be programmed for only a few seconds. It is way too long for me. Have to wait 2 minutes for the popup to go away. If you do anything before the first one goes away then the next one will popup after the first one. Samsung really needs to take a look at this and program this feature for only a few seconds.
