A waterproof phone that always says "moisture.....

Even though I HAVE NEVER GOTTEN THIS PHONE WET, NOR TAKEN IT INTO THE BATHROOM, I continuously get the dreaded lightening bolt. I have had numerous visits and phone calls all over the freakin 5G network. They think I got it wet....no if, ands or butts, they know it all. Stuck with their crap....gggrrrrrrrr!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Got this when it first came out. Upgraded from an S9+ and I am pleased with the overall performance boost. Battery lasts all day, unless I'm playing a lot of games. 5G could be better but I have no doubt that will continue to improve as the infrastructure gets upgraded.

Want to increase the price of their mobile phone through memory. How can Samsung say that the card is not used in most users.

The most unstable and unusable S series I've owned

I've been a Samsung Phone user since my first one in South Korea in 2010. From the time I purchased this phone in March it was been plagued with issues any time an update is released. I went through 3 months of the phone failing OTA updates needing the ROM reflashed each time. I finally learned that it can only safely take an update via computer. Then Samsung made effort to make even that crash my phone with it's November and subsequent updates. The phone restarts every 2-5 minutes after freezing. I can't rely on it for anything, I've lost multiple 2FA accounts, Gmail just crashes now. It's absolutely absurd. If Samsung does not make a fast turn around and make amends I'll be switching to Apple products. Apple at least has a quality control section.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hardware or Software Issue?

I have had this phone for a few months and although it has some nice features, I have found it to be unreliable as it randomly freezes and then restarts. I'm not sure if it is a software or hardware issue but it is very frustrating and most inconvenient. Every time there is a software update, I hope that the issue will be resolved but I am quickly disappointed that the issue continues to be a problem.
I have used Samsung phones exclusively for many, many years but feel that it may be time switch to another brand in order to gain the needed reliability required in a cell phone.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
